Title:  Medical Representative

Job Purpose:

The Medical Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, and ensuring strong customer relationships to drive business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Organize appointments and meetings with target customers in both hospital and pharmacy sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to medical professionals.
  • Ensure optimal visibility and availability of company products in the market.
  • Regularly update customer database and maintain accurate records of visits and feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends and report timely to management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and team discussions.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure timely product availability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (Pharmacy preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare system and market dynamics in the UAE.
  • Experience in a specific therapeutic area (e.g., pulmonology ,  dermatology, Pediatrics) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
