Title:  Lead - Commercial Excellence & Market Access

Key job responsibilities:

* Drive market access for Julphar’s products, including the New Product launches.

* Accelerate enlisting of new portfolios in key markets.

* Drive negotiation and promote Julphar's value proposition with private/public payers in key markets.

* Pricing proposals and approval for current and future products.

* Key Policy makers, Payers, and physician lobbying & partnership.

* Drive communication with the regulatory team for regulatory issues, mainly new product submissions and products from FIX to clean.

* Drive commercial and business excellence through design, planning, and implementation of commercial processes, projects, and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results.

* SFE Tools – own Sf.com and other commercial processes & tools that enable the commercial teams to be productive and provide clarity of funnels.

* Collaborate with business support teams to drive the launch enhancements and new solutions for further improvements.

* Sales Training: work closely with other members of the training organization to design and launch relevant training for the commercial teams.

* Ensure effective onboarding of new members in the sales team & completion of requisite courses.

* Business Analytics - create business analytics to provide better visibility of various key metrics. Work closely with cross-functional teams in annual budget planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial excellence, Market Access, sales force effectiveness, or business analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering SFE initiatives and driving business results.
  • Strong experience in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with incentive compensation design and administration.
  • Experience working in multinational or regional pharma companies is highly desirable
