Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Julphar - Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies for our generic pharmaceutical products. Your expertise in the generic pharma sector will be instrumental in positioning Julphar's products effectively in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generic Product Strategy:

  • Craft and implement marketing strategies tailored to the generic pharmaceutical market.
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis focusing on pricing, patent landscapes, and competitor generics.

Regulatory and Market Compliance:

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations specific to generic pharmaceuticals.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes affecting product marketing.

Brand and Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee the product portfolio, emphasizing lifecycle management and differentiation in the generics market.
  • Establish and sustain a strong brand presence in the generic pharma industry.

Supply Chain Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to align marketing strategies with production capabilities.
  • Understand the impact of raw material sourcing on product pricing and availability.

Healthcare Professional Engagement:

  • Promote generic alternatives among healthcare professionals.
  • Educate stakeholders on generic products' efficacy, safety, and cost benefits.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

7+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in the generic pharmaceutical industry.
