Title:  Assistant Technician

Job Purpose:

The position will support HVAC operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance activities across cleanrooms and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Monitor HVAC parameters and report abnormalities
• Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
• Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities
• Follow safety and pharmaceutical GMP procedures at all times

Education & Experience:

• Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities is preferred
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts if required

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cleanroom HVAC systems
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices
• Familiarity with cGMP environment is an advantage
