Title:  Head -Business Support

Job Summary/Main Purpose

The Head of Business Support leads business support functions across the organization through analytics, reporting, planning, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead data analytics initiatives utilizing Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and other applications.
  • Prepare and enhance periodic reports for executive management.
  • Develop integrated data solutions aligning cross-functional reporting requirements.
  • Support planning and budget cycles through data collection and reporting.

Strategic Planning & Business Support

  • Lead strategic alignment across projects supporting organizational goals.
  • Introduce innovative methods and process improvements.
  • Manage the movement of information between business leaders and executive management.

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, coach and motivate team members.
  • Drive SMART KPIs, development and performance management.
  • Direct staff recruitment, training and evaluations.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Lead internal and external communication including IQVIA and AMS.
  • Coordinate liaison between stakeholders internally and externally.

Governance, Risk & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify risks and mitigation mechanisms.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, or any related industry.
  • Experience in business planning, analytics, and organizational support functions.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of business planning and effectiveness principles.
  • Expertise business intelligence and reporting systems.

Skills

  • Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
