Title:  Junior - PMO

Job Summary:
The Jr. Project manager- Team leader will oversee and coordinate various projects within our manufacturing operations from development to commercialization while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technology transfer setups, and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist in managing projects related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products from inception through to completion.
•    Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against the pre-set parameters.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, finance, supply chain, and commercial to ensure seamless execution of projects.
•    Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and implement effective risk management strategies.
•    Ensure the projects are executed according to established protocols and regulatory requirements. This involves reviewing technical documents, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and troubleshooting technical issues.
•    Maintain accurate documentation throughout project execution, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
•    Prepare and present project reports, including milestones achieved, budget adherence, and lessons learned.
Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 
•    Proven experience of 3 years as a Project Specialist in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Min 6 years of experience in pharma.
•    In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).
•    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) is preferred.
•    PMP or PMI certification or equivalent is a plus.
