Summary of the Responsibilities/Job summary:

  • Responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.

 

Detail of the Job Responsibilities/Key result areas:

  • Responsible for performing all Production area activities that take place in J1 Production department.
  • Perform the start-up of all activities in coordination with production area employees as per SOP and checklists.
  • Responsible for equipment operation, cleaning & calibration as per the SOP.
  • Perform cleanliness and area hygiene as per SOP.
  • Perform all manufacturing operations (Manufacturing, SOPs, logbooks) are carried out according to cGMP.
  • Perform with maintenance regarding repairs and breakdowns.
  • Perform all Production operations are cost effective through minimizing the waste (scrap) and rework, maximum capacity utilization.
  • Report to Supervisor in case of any deviation.
  • Check and report for area safety and security.
  • Perform scales and equipment calibration.
  • Check and sign Production documents during operation.
  • Follow Standard Operating procedure (SOP) for Production.
  • Responsible for Technical area activities.
  • Responsible to follow Data Integrity principles as per regulations.

Qualification/Functional knowledge :

  • High School or higher education   
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
