Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary:
The position is responsible for strictly following cGMP standards, maintaining an organized production line, and executing supervisor instructions to maximize hourly output and overall line efficiency."
Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:
- Follows gowning procedure for production and packaging as per the SOP.
- Organizes the machine and line for packaging.
- Performs the machine and line cleaning as per SOP and follows standard operating procedure.
- Execute daily operations in compliance with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE and safe practices.
- Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.
- Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Check the packaging material before use as per dispensing sheet.
- Performs packaging operations according to the SOP concerned and instructions given by the Supervisor.
- Responsible for accurately documenting production data in the Batch Packaging Record (BPR) as per operational procedures and GMP guidelines.
- Responsible for checking the product weight as per SOP and responsible for the line clearance.
- Responsible for weighing operations performed during the packaging operations.
- Reports any mistake or technical fault to the Senior Supervisor.
- Gets the line capacity every hour and help maximum line efficiency.
- Responsible to keep the line between batches clean at the end of the shift.
- Responsible for documenting the completion of cleaning activities in the logbook immediately after the task is performed.
- Responsible for attending On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions in alignment with the approved yearly training plan, ensuring skill development and compliance with operational standards.
- Responsible for follow the weighing area, dispensing, production, and packaging activities as per the plan.
- Responsible to perform production and packaging operations as per BMR and MPI.
- Responsible for following Data Integrity procedures and good manufacturing procedures.
Qualification/Functional Knowledge:
- Minimum Passed Secondary School or any technical diploma in any engineering field.
- 1+ year experience as machine operator in any industry.
- Basic skill for reading and writing of English Language.
