As part of Julphar’s culture transformation journey, the Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Capability Assessment will play an important role in enabling our people agenda by attracting, assessing, and selecting the right talent aligned with Julphar’s values, culture, and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, offer, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and support behavioral and capability assessments.
  • Coordinate and support Assessment Center activities for external recruitment and internal promotion processes.
  • Administer and coordinate assessment tools, including psychometric assessments, case studies, simulations, and role plays.
  • Ensure consistent evaluation criteria, rating scales, documentation, and assessment practices.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to address recruitment and assessment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, vacancy, and recruitment data within the ATS and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, market insights, and assessment outcomes to support talent-related decisions.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline.
  • Ensure recruitment and assessment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related HR role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Exposure to Assessment Centers, psychometric tools, or structured assessment methodologies is a must.
  • Good knowledge of competency-based interviewing and behavioral assessment techniques.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret recruitment data and reports.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector is preferred.
  • Fluent in English &  Arabic.
