Title: Specialist - WTP
Job Summary/ Main Purpose
The Specialist WTP will be responsible for adhering to the cGMP principles, ISO & EHS requirements and maintaining them in a safe and effective manner.
In this role, responsible for the Industrial & Pharma related utilities activities inside the Julphar premises Identifies areas of opportunity and prepare specific action plans to increase awareness and to maintain compliance. Work with utility manager/team leader/Engineer/technicians to complete design and engineering projects within schedule, budget and quality constraint.
Provide guidance and leadership to colleagues in technical aspects, thoroughness and detail oriented in ensuring fulfillment of plant/equipment operation and maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- Ability to prepare and review engineering specifications and drawings.
- High proficiency in maintaining utility equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems such as instrument air, process air, special gases (oxygen, LPG, nitrogen), RO, WFI, clean steam systems, and industrial steam.
- Capability to be part of the project execution team, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Expertise in executing maintenance activities independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in maintaining utility components such as pumps, pressure and temperature gauges/transmitters, flow meters, and steam traps.
- Accountability for support during nonstandard working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by activities.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures as needed.
- Proficiency in EQMS, EDMS, and SAP systems.
- Accountability for maintaining equipment efficiency in line with KPI and process compliance.

Qualifications / Key Experiences / Functional Knowledge Requirements
• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in similar organization in pharma / Health care / any related industry.
• Good skills in conception and management of engineering projects
• Strong knowledge in industrial & Pharma utilities maintenance (CSG, WFI, Boilers, gas systems, water treatment plant & its networks, compressed air)
