Job Description

1- Compliance with cGMP and SOPs - Ensure compliance with cGMP, sterile area protocols, and SOPs during all maintenance activities.

2- Maintenance of sterile area equipment - Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of sterile area equipment.

3- Support for equipment qualification, calibration, validation - Ensure sterile equipment works properly and meets standards by assisting in setup checks, accuracy tests, and performance review.

4- Collaboration with QA, production, and engineering - Collaborate with production, QA, and engineering teams to avoid production interruptions.

5- Use of SAP for scheduling and spare parts - Use SAP system for maintenance scheduling, work orders, and spare parts management.

6- Maintain accurate documentation - Maintain accurate documentation following Good Documentation Practices.

7- Ensure safety and compliance in sterile areas - Follow all safety procedures and actively identify and mitigate potential hazards in sterile areas.

8- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives -improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Qualification/Functional Knowledge 

1- National Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.

2- Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

3- Knowledge of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, sterile area protocols and cleanroom standards.

4- Knowledge of equipment installation in sterile environments.

5- Knowledge of documentation practices for regulated industries.

6- Knowledge of computer systems, including proficiency in SAP.

7- Knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking.
