Detailed Job Description:
The QA Compliance Team Leader will lead the Quality Assurance Compliance Documentation team, ensuring all documentation and processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing compliance activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the organization
Core Competency:
- Leadership: Guide and mentor, the QA Compliance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Compliance Oversight: Oversee all documentation compliance activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and implement best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related communications, ensuring timely and effective dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge of compliance standards.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are audit-ready.
- Reporting: Generate and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address compliance issues, providing solutions and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Results-Driven: Strong focus on achieving compliance goals with accountability and ownership.
- Excellent Communicator: Ability to articulate compliance requirements clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing compliance documentation and processes.

Qualification/Functional Knowledge:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
- Experience: 7-9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong emphasis on compliance and quality assurance.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with compliance management systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA).
