Title:  Sales Manager

Job Summary/Main Purpose

 

To lead, influence and encourage sales team to achieve agreed sales goal and market share through attract, develop, motivate and retain a workforce, while maintaining the company’s image according to the company policies and professional ethics.

Working to manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for a company in a specific region within the country.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Managing all operations within an assigned region of the country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.

 

  • Ensure day-to-day operations maintain a continued alignment with overall company policy, strategy and direction.
  • Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for Julphar within assigned region of the country.
  • Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Ensures that a sales force business plan exists and is put into effect, actively monitors key performance indicators and ensures field force effectiveness.
  • Analyse sales reports and develops plan of action.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly sales streams.
  • Ensure sales tactics within the assigned region of the country are aligned with the core brand strategy provided by marketing department.

  • Market intelligence; gathering and analysing the information relevant to a company’s markets, for the purpose of accurate and confident decision-making in determining market opportunity, market penetration strategy, and market development metrics.

  • Provides monthly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
  • Develop and manage effective recruitment and staffing strategy.
  • Supervising, motivating and monitoring assigned team performance.
  •  Work closely with KOL’s customers building strategic partnership for mutual benefit.
  • Lead process for field force sizing, alignments, deployment, targeting, and call planning exercises
  • Regularly attending company meetings as per direct manager instruction.
  • Submitting reports to direct manager as per country reporting system.
